Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very comfortable, incl. the beds., with coffee maker and a comfortable seating area.
Wifi and parking are free of charge! Hotel is located in a quite area, few restaurants and a shopping mall are close by. Ann Arbor city center easy to reach by taxy too. -

The hotel is conveniently located. We could walk all over campus as well as downtown, Ann Arbor. We had a great breakfast in the restaurant and drinks in the charming bar, before heading out to dinner. The staff was very accommodating and the beds were very comfortable. -

The hotel was a really nice surprise. It was very quiet. I could not
hear footsteps above or the tv next door. It also had a window that
opened to a courtyard outside. Really nice. I usually stay at Marriott
properties. This was nicer than courtyards that I have stayed at and the

convenient. It's a winner. Also included breakfast. -
The atmosphere was very nice. The pool and whirlpool were beautifully
landscaped as was the outdoor area. The hotel decor was very nice. The
complimentary breakfast had hot food on the bar. The rooms were clean
and satisfactory. We were placed in a quiet area close to other visitors
yet far enough away that there was no noise.

The Bell Tower has a great location on the campus of University of
Michigan; also very near the historic michigan Theater. The hotel is
very traditional-looking, and quiet. It also has free wifi in guest
rooms -- a big plus. We had a suite with separate bedroom and a very

service provided prompt and courteous service when I did need my car for
destinations outside Ann Arbor. The people working there were happy,

The Starbucks in the waiting room, the NY Times newspapers, the apple cider and doughnuts, the school spirit for U of M, the fresh water with lemons. I loved the microwave in the room and the fact that I could take plates from downstairs up to my room. The front desk staff was cheerful and very helpful.

Our room (the Provincial Room) was exactly as described and was
extremely comfortable. The property is beautiful and I look forward to
another stay in better weather to take advantage of the space. The staff
is very helpful and knowledgeable. -

Rooms were pretty and clean, and the fridge and microwave were very handy. Staff was very nice and accomodating. Continental breakfast was convenient.
I especially appreciated the free shuttle to the University of Michigan.
