On arrival, the manager Robert was so welcoming, very pleasant and great service. Jason during the day shift was very friendly and helpful. My family is still talking about the service.
The breakfast was very good and staff were friendly and helpful.
Parked on the street at night, which was helpful since we had a 12 seater van.

Everyone was friendly, the bed was very comfortable, nice area, I would definately stay there again. The bartenders were extremely friendly. -
When they say location is everything, well this backs that 100%. Love
the grounds. And inside lobby hall ways rooms....immaculate.

We were met at the door by Mateo and had a wonderful experience from there out. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made our stay 100 times more comfterble. -
Better than average breakfast - fresh waffles and prepared egg dishes were good to have, if not great in quality. 24/7 coffee in the lobby a good touch.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The beds were extremely comfortable. Loved having a refrigerator and microwave, as well as a large couch. The breakfast is included and is quite decent.

Everything the rooms were exceptionally clean the beds comfortable and the rooms were big. The complimentary breakfast was great with a bit of everything no matter your appetite. The staff could not be nicer. This is our second stay here this year and we will be booking 2 more before the end as we have to be in the area again later this year it is just that nice.

The hotel was huge and very nicely decorated, both in the reception area
and in the rooms. There were actual birds in the lobby, not sure if they
were supposed to be there or squatting, but I thought they were cute.
Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to get a cab and
get to downtown Stamford for dinner and drinks. -

Helpful and courteous staff, in a natural way, not forced. Room had more comfort than I probably deserved; still, I appreciated the upgrade. I was headed for the national high school indoor track championships in New York and this was a very pleasant yet affordable place to stay. The location was great for what we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I LOVED the bed. I may need to find out what kind if mattress it is so I can get one. -
The room was amazing absolutely massive in comparison to the hotel we stayed in in the city. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful.
