The staff is very accomodating. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and pretty. We always stay at this hotel for business (we're in town about 4 times a year). -
Check in and check out service was excellent. Friendly desk staff. Good restaurant service and well balanced menu choice and price range.

Very comfortable room. Lovely view. Lots of eateries within walking distance as well as a wonderful park on the water. Very relaxing. Nice but dated spa facilities. -
Lovely area, charming and quiet,but so close to everything. We will be back. loved the Spanish guitarist in the evening and the bay views.

It was the cheapest hotel we booked during our stay and yet it's
facilities were on par if not better than everywhere else. The staff
were so helpful and friendly, they really made you feel welcome and
valued. The staff seemed to go out of their way to look after you. I
liked being able to smoke on the balcony instead of having to walk miles

The staff were enthusiastic and for the price, the apartment was great!
I would have expected to pay more. The room had kitchen, lounge area,
small bathroom and a nice bedroom. Our room had a full view of the ocean
and there's a volleyball court and some outdoor chairs and fires on
the sand you can use. We were allowed a (very) early check in after a
long bus trip for no extra charge which was very much appreciated. We
loved our stay.

Our room was on ground level right on the waterfront. Magnificent views. Dolphins in the morning and lots of sea birds to watch as well. Room clean and comfortable with a small bar fridge. The staff was great. They were very attentive and took care of our every need. My wife could not get comfortable in the bed. The young man at the front desk walked her through adjusting the matress.

Starting with the staff, they went out of their way to make sure our
vacation was the best possible. A special thanks to Rosalie for making

The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful with all of our
needs and questions. Beach attendants were excellent - Mark and
Louis!!!! We nicknamed the attendant at the front desk Bubbly because
she always was smiling and friendly!!

We had a great time even though the place was undergoing renovation. The use of the pool next door was a nice touch! Richard one of the head security guys that works there was so nice to us every time we ran into him. Great guy to have working for you!!! Can't wait to see you next year! Hope the rates don't go up too much. -

I looked at alot of other places online and for the money I spent I
thought the location was perfect, there is a walgreens about a block
down the street along with a gas station that has a quiznos inside and
an ihop restaurant nearby as well. The restaurant located onsight had
very good food, the island wrap is a must have. They had live

Location is perfect! The pool area is incredible, pool and tiki bar stay
open for late night swims and cocktails, color changing lights in pool
added to already great ambiance, dolphin sightings everyday from pool
deck! They weren't kidding when they said "no saving lounge
chairs", a pool attendant scooped up towels and bags if left
unattended in the morning. Made it fair for those that didn't wake
up at 5:00am to secure every chair on the deck. Delicious drinks &
poolside staff was attenti

We paid the extra for a deluxe room. The room was immaculate throughout with the bathroom spotless. Arrived too early to check in but they allowed us to use the pool until check in time.
Restaurant food was excellent even having Dover Sole "on the bone" - my favorite fish. -
