Check in and out was super fast and with a very friendly staff. Great
breakfast included with stay and free parking. Not available at most
places within that area. All staff was friendly and respectful. That
is not always the case at higher priced places within a block. The

Speedy check-in. Shuttle brought us back from airport the night before our flight (after we returned our rental car early). Breakfast scheduled 6-9 am but really appreciated the breakfast items being put out at 5:30 am, in time for us to eat before taking the 6:00 am shuttle to airport. We had 3 legs of flight that day & didn't get to our home in Ohio until 1:30 am the next morning. Thanks for the good send-off!!

The rooms are so big & wide which really helped accommodate our family of 5 (three children 8, 6 & 4). The rollaway bed fit easily & still left lots of room to get around. -

it was just what we needed for the few days we were there and i liked the advice we were given about the bus since we had to get to downtown Seattle. -
This time the room was much better than the first room that I stayed at the beginning of my trip. It was nice to be picked up at the airport.

Facilities and amenities. The restaurant service was excellent as was
the shuttle service to the airport to take the light rail into the city.
Late check out was nice at 1 with no extra charge. -

I felt like I got an AMAZING deal for the money I spent. Loved the spaciousness of the room, the full kitchen (I didn't know that ahead of time or I would've packed food!), the full breakfast (included in the price), the comfy bed (even the pull-out couch bed was comfy). I would DEFINITELY stay here again!! -

The majority of the staff were very kind, courteous, and timely.
The hotel was very clean and in a great location right off of I-5 for easy access to SEA-TAC, Tacoma, and highways leading east.

We went to the Best Western in Federal Way, Washington. Everything was pleasant, especially the breakfast. It was well stocked and maintained. The food was good and it was clean! Best Western won us with that one for sure. We'll be using BW again.

shower was a bit small. The sitting room was nice and lots of closet

The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the
upgrade to the suite.
The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated.
Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.
