  The location was perfect for our lay over. Staff was prompt in airport pickup, rooms were soundproof even though you can see the airplanes from our window. Restaurant across the parking lot was great for a good late night soup and salad. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. But most of all when we rushed out half a sleep to catch our early fligh... cosa dice la gente » t we left something very dear to us in the room. A call before we boarded and they immediately went up and looked for it and got it into the mail for - Hotel was quiet, beds were very comfortable. The staff was exceptional....from front desk personnel to the shuttle driver. They stored our luggage for the day and let us leave our rental car so we could take the lite rail downtown - we had checked out, but didn't leave until that evening. The shuttle driver dropped us off and picked us up from the rail.

  The view that we had and every thing that we did was close. The staff was great in helping us get around. The Manager Christopher Sullivan was so great.I made a mistake on booking the room. When he found out why I was there. He gave us a upgrade plus a great deal on the room. He said That he wanted us to have a great time. Thank you again Christopher. - Excellent location, no need for a car. The staff were friendly and the bar in the basement came in handy every evening for a beer (or two) before bed. Great view from bedroom window. Good location for shops, restaurants, bars, etc..... everything you expect on a city break. Would definately stay here again.
