Staff was efficient and quickly got to business both on arrival and departure. The shuttle is excellent and arrives every 15 minutes, which is critical for flights. Very noise proof considering it's location to the runway. -

One night stay coming in on a late night arrival from DFW - easy transit from SFO to hotel via shuttle. Si apprezza la posizione in quanto vicino all'aeroporto. - The room was large considering the price. Easy assess from SFO, but the map is not referred too somewhat difficult to find the hotel. A map should accompany the computer printout. - Close to the airport the friendly staff and an excellent Chineese resturant close to the hotel.

The front desk staff were very freindly and helpful. The free shuttle to
sfo departs every 10 min. From sfo, you can take the bart or a host or
other transportation modes to sf, South of sf and the Bay area.
Anywhere! There is a Samtrans stop for bus 292 right outside Hyatt which
takes you to downtown sf in an hour. -

Our room was excellent. We had dinner at the hotel and ordered dinner salads, which were missing 1 ingredient. The restaurant manager not only promptly brought the missing ingredient, but brought me a complimentary dessert. wall. There was renovation going on in The atrium ( it was completely
torn up and draped with plastic to keep the dust out) but we were not
disturbed in our bedroom at all. If we had been sleeping in the hidabed
we may have been disturbed however.

Breakfast was great! Pool and jacuzzi were wonderful to be in at the end of a day of touring San Francisco. Accommodating to our requests for more blankets and pillows. -

The accommodations were family friendly and very close to San Francisco museums and sites. The staff were amazing. For example, I offered the housekeeper a tip to care for our room the next day, and she told me she wouldn't be on staff the next day and returned the tip! That kind of honesty is remarkable. They even fed-exed some items I left beh

The location was nice because it was beside the bay and a paved trail
was available. Parking was free. The room and hotel was clean. It seemed
safe although there was an alarm in the middle of the night due to some
kind of criminal activity. -
