The gal that checked us in was very helpful. We booked our hotel through letsbookhotel.com and Microtel didn't have us on the schedule. She got us right in and was very courteous. We also loved that we can leave our car there for the week and have shuttle service to the airport. Way impressed for our situation. Thanks a bunch. -

Close proximity to places downtown including temple square and city
creek and some great restaurants. And there was no added charge for
parking and or internet. Hotel was clean and nicely decorated too. -
Shuttle bus to the airport.
Cleaning of the rooms every day.

The environment was clean, and one of the staff members personally showed me to my room when I could not find it. Also, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel allowed me to park my car for a week while I was away in Iowa. I also appreciated the shuttle service. -

This is a wonderful hotel in a quiet business neighborhood. It's close enough to a plenty of restaurants and shopping. It looks very new and the rooms are very nice. Great pool and hot tub are another big plus if you travel with kids. -

Personal welcome of the owner of the property, check-in went smooth and quick. Room was very spacious and clean.
Bed was really amazing, breakfast as well. Fresh fruit, good muffins, milk, orange juice, etc.
We really had a wonderful stay at Svea and we would like to recommend it to everyone who is considering a good place to sleep near Salt Lake City. Location near the Salt Lake town is also good, near the hotel itself also multiple restaurants available.
