Husabnd left expensive camera in room,contacted staff about an hour
after departure they immediately retrieved camera and kept it secire
until we returned a week later.enjoyed our meal in restaurant -
5 min to Newark airport. Good airport shuttle service. I wanted to go shopping to Jersey Gardens and the Wyndham was a very convenient option.

I had a horrendous day prior to my arrival. The clerk that checked me in, totally reversed the whole day! That young man was so professional, yet warm and welcoming. This was unexpected and set the tone for the remainder of my travel. -

Our stay could not have been better. Great location for visiting nyc
& surrounding area. Easy in-and-out, access to Newark airport.

I enjoyed that both my rooms were clean, and the beds were very
comfortable. What I enjoyed most was the friendly staff. I had surgery
while staying in the hotel, and the staff checked on me including the
housekeeper who cleaned my room daily. I felt they went the extra mile
to make sure I was okay, in which made the world of difference.

The front desk Manager was very helpful. We arrived at the hotel at arounf 10 AM, The fornt desk personnel, knowing that we had a hard time locating the address and have driven 9 hours from Toronto, had a room ready and available immediately. -

New hotel in downtown newark. Opened in december 2012 everything's
new and up to date. Friendly and helpful staff. Free hourly shuttle to
and from airport and newark penn station ($2,75 to world trade center,
nyc - 20min trip). Excellent clean room with all amenities provided. 24
hour kiosk that carries all kinds of drinks and snacks.

The room was spacious, clean, eco-friendly, and of tremendously high value for the location. The free shuttle ride was a bit on the longish side, but the small extra distance reflects the value received. The receptionist was friendly, courteous and accommodating. Free Wi-fi was my deciding factor. -

Excellent , Five stars .The room was very nice, it included flat screen 32" TV on the wall the decor was beautiful the staff was kind and attentive to my needs everything was just perfect.
