  When we arrived Mallory greeted us to the Hilton. The doormen went out of their way to help us with packages. The location of this hotel was within walking distances to all of the main events, we were attending. The comforts of the room were fantastic, everything from the king size bed, the overhead shower & the provided rob - The beds are linens are wonderful, location is a good balance between airport , mall of America, and business destinations. Of course, the restaurant and pastries are out of sight. I stay here once or twice a year, and it has definitely been updated since my last visit.

  The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable and the room was very clean. Extra towels, coffee and toileteries were delivered promptly. The lighter weight robes very nice. It is an amazing place, and one of the more stunning hotels I have been in. I love that it has been transformed from a bank into a luxurious hotel. Spectacular! The staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

  We liked the easy check-in. Friendly staff, clean room, spacious bathroom, nice furnishings. I left an item in the room after check out and the security staff had lost and found contact me right away. He told me they had found my item, but it was thought to be trash, and was thrown away by housekeeping so ended up in teh garbage. Very nice gesture by the lost and found staff. - great location, parked the car and walked to what we wanted to do/see. close to mississippi river and harriet island park. very nice walk-way along the river, the park was clean, beautiful trees and very nice walking paths. the room was nicely decorated, clean. great bathroom shower with a rain shower head. fridge and microwave in room. quiet. beautiful view of the mississippi river and surrounding area.
