My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the beds were so comfortable, I didn't want to leave. They happy hour was perfect and my kids enjoyed the late hours of the pool. I was very pleased with the Embassy Suites Hotel and don't have any negative remarks. This hotel earned an "A" all around. I liked the location because it was close to the downtown area where I spent the majority of my time and very convenient to the airport. The restaurant inside the hotel was great, the food and food portions were wonderful. The staff overall was very accommodating and kind, -

Pls chk why r they charging extra USD20 as the billing is only USD66.39. My card stated it charged the extra USD20 when I chk-in n when chk out billing only USD66.39. Will they revert it backto me. -

Loved the shuttle service provided by the hotel .The drivers were great
and made it so easy to get around. Would come back to the Park Inn just
for that perk alone. Coffee shop was good too didn't get a chance to
use the cafe, it was well advertised . -

He should be recognized for his excellent services because he really deserves it. Whenever I'm in the Dallas area I would back again.

The hotel was great! Conveniently located near the airport and
everything that a 4 star hotel should have. I didn't use any of the
services other than the breakfast buffet and free wifi since I got in
very late at night and left early the next morning. The room was huge,
the bed was really comfy and the staff was really nice. -

We were very impressed by the friendliness and welcome from every staff
member, beginning with parkers. Front desk, bellmen, and the executive

Florentine!), but it was not a free Continental style as we expected.
The bar, and the bartender, were perfect for relaxing at the end of a
busy day. There was a nice vanity in front of the bathroom and a full-

When checking in , I was asked by a gentlemen named Albert what was the
reason of our trip. I stated it was my husband & I 24th wedding
Anniversary, which he stated I will give you a upgrade. Come to find out
we were upgraded from a one bedroom to a 3 bedroom presidential suite
for no additional charge!! This was the biggest & nicest hotel room
I have ever seen!! I would like to say Thank You to Hilton & staff
for a very wonderful & enjoyable stay!

Staff was extremely friendly and assisted me with an earlier check in time with a different room at the same rate. Housekeeping was making their rounds as i checked in and were extremely helpful with extra towels and bathroom needs -
