The staff was extremely nice imformative and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The product used for soaps in the room was wonderful and the bed was to die for, very confortable. -

I was most impressed with your staff - everyone was very nice - polite - helpful - friendly. The desk personnel were particularly personable, but so were the maintenance staff. One morning when my hands were full of breakfast plates for the kids and coffee for myself, a custodian stopped and helped me carry it all to our room on the second floor

I also thought your buffet breakfast was "quite the spread" with delicious choices. -
Clean and fresh. Staff was very nice and professional. I really like
the daily exchange of linnen, especially the duvets. Most hotels do
not do this!
Sharon was very responsive in correcting my bill when the dayshift front desk clerk, (a portly male) gave me the runaround regarding my HH price for valet parking.

Good location for Universal Studios, Hollywood, Griffith Park. Glendale town is very nice. Restaurant linked to hotel is good for breakfast and reasonably priced. Room and bed were large. -

Everything about embassy suites of glendale was great. Very happy about
our stay there. The rooms were great and the free breakfast was
incredible. -
The location, breakfast, managers reception all you can drink, lots of parking for a daily fee, and the Hotel was beautiful looking....

We stayed here over the weekend while visiting friends in Glendale. The
staff was super-nice, accommodating and informative (regarding parking).
The room was very clean and comfortable. I'd much rather stay in a
hotel with character rather than the corporate hotel's
"traveler boxes". The beds are super-comfy and the sheets were
exquisitely soft. -

This hotel is very good located in Glendale. Very secure area and a
clean an infrastructured neighborhood. Extremly friendly and warm
receptionists. Perfect parking possibility, just behind the hotel! Safe
and nice. Short way to your room from the backdoor. Very cosy jazzclub
in the basement with outstanding liveartist!

Very friendly, professional staff. Everyone was nice and always had a smile on their face, but not at all in an obnoxious way. Sam is very helpful. The room is quite large and spacious, and the bed comfy. Bathroom is nicely done, too. Location is excellent - right on West 3rd, a couple minutes' walk from the Beverly Center, great restaurants on 3rd, and boutique shops.
