I bed was amazing, the tv had great choices, the staff answered
questioned quickly and have direct answers that are helpful. The
Breakfast was to die for. The breakfast was cooked fast and yet it was
good. The staff helpful with all the dirty plates to make sure that we
had clean area. They had to news up and that was great to watch the news
eat breakfast and head out to the airport with no problems.

I stay at hotels monthly and this by far was one of my favorite. everything is so modern and nice. Its very upscale, romantic, and comfortable. there where a few weddings going on in the courtyard at the fountain and it was just a nice friendly place to stay. The casino is a block away and they offered late night shuttle service

One of the Manager's, Miss Gina Clay went above and beyond in making sure I had the assistance I needed while at the hotel. Just married the weekend before, my wife and I planned a "staycation" mini-honeymoon, checked in late and were immediately upgraded to a magnificent 1 bedroom suite by Khadija at the front desk. After a busy day helping my god daughter move; it was a treat to sit and look at the sun set from the comfort of my room with my best friend.
In the mornings, we would grab a chai and sit by the water prior to getting busy.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. We needed milk for our son and the bellman went above and beyond to get it. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The room was spacious. The view of the inner harbor from out room was beautiful. The hotel was in walking distance to many things.

We were visiting Baltimore for our fifth wedding anniversary. When I mentioned it to the lady checking us in she put us in a room with a full harbor view and later they brought a small choc cake to our room. The staff was very nice especially the doorman he made us feel right at home. The hotel was a little expensive, but worth it for the experie

The staff and the hotel were fantastic. I can not sleep without a white noise and they searched high and low to find me a fan that I think came from an employee's office. The breakfast buffet was delicious and all the service was excellent.

The long studio room was a very nice size, it was like a very small apartment. We loved the little kitchen area, and the fact that they even provided dishes and small dishwasher. The market was very convenient, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

We stayed In a 1 bedroom suite and it was better than expected. The bed
was amazing. We booked a couple of rooms at the same time and they kept
us together. We came to baltimore to celebrate my 40th birthday in fells
point which was not far from the hotel. We plan on definitely returning
for a friends birthday. I highly recommend this hotel. -

The owners Guy and his lovely wife Clelia are warm and welcoming hosts. My wife had a gluten allergy and they made a gluten free breakfast for her which was delicious! Mine was too! The house is charming and close enough to many of the attractions and historical landmarks.
