Lo stile architettonico sobrio della struttura che pure risulta ampia. La presenza dei balconcini sul mare per ogni stanza. Letti confortevoli con buona biancheria. Bagni ampi con vasca e doccia. Parcheggio, Wi-Fi, palestra e sauna gratuiti. La spiaggia ampia (500 m) e tranquilla. La relativa vicinanza (un paio di km) al centro di Dibba, che possiede almeno un centro commerciale con supermercato.

Nessun difetto degno di nota.

the restaurant by the beach service sucks .. i asked for a fish and chips .. they offered me unfresh food .. wen informed the chef .. he said the money cudnt be refunded .. i had to order something else .. i specifically told em its okay i'll hve a pizza instead but later .. but they got the pizza immediately which i had to eat later all cold .. plus they r always missing .. u hve to locate the waiters

location is beautiful and easy to chick in / out also the beach is near by and long, nice terrace to have food and drink, see food on ALNOKHADA restaurant ,it was delicious. sweetly staff and good management.

the open buffet was pour and not tasty, petter to order out of it ,I think they have different chief for each restaurant .

The resort is situated in a glorious bay and the facilities are good for all clientelle. Our stay was very relaxing, the staff, helpful if sometime a little slow, and our surprise birthday cake was a lovely surprise.

Though our suite was very comfortable and clean it is looking a little tired...carpet and upholsery need attention as does some general maintenance. This did not detract from our stay though.

Location was definitely in a perfect location near the sea front and excluded from other hotels and shops. Great place to relax as the location is quiet. The bed has to be comfortable! And it definitely was! Plenty of complimentary water in the rooms and had enough condiments and refreshments. I would like to thank Sief for his wonderful customer service as we arrived. He welcomed us with a smile and he was very friendly.

Some of the prices for the meals on the room service menu were a bit expensive but they were very nice so it didnt matter to much as we enjoyed the dishes we ordered.

The beach and the pools. Spacious hotel, front office and concierge staff are good and efficient.

Slow housekeeping service, the rooms feel old and rusty, the tv in the living room of the two-bedroom apartment we booked didn't even work. The staff didn't know much about the activities that could be done outside the hotel, the watersports center did not have half the activities that were advertized on their collateral and the staff are not well-trained

1. Signal of Du telecommunication company does not exist in the rooms at all and rarely exists in the hotel's facilities. As if you were in the middle of no where. 2. The Gym is very poor in the sport equipment: only two Running machines and one of them was broken down; and the TV screens on the equipment have no clear signal. 3. Vehicles' passage to/from hotel's reception is very narrow and cannot comfort two cars.

Rooms were a good size and very nice bathrooms. Great beach, good snorkeling and decent food

None of the staff ever looked to see if you need anything at a restaurant. All week I had to constantly get up from my table to go and order.

Room was spacious, modern design and clean. Full of light and great view of the ocean. Beds were very comfortable and nice deep bath. pools are well located to rooms. Room service is great. Food is delivered on a table with wheels and warmer for food and beautifully presented dishes.

Check-in process was slow Swim up bar stools are not deep enough in the water. Drinks service around the pool near lobby would have been good, instead of having to walk and order. Restaurant (Breeze) range of food in buffet is not extensive.

i like the fact that it has a good beach

we booked a suite, through letsbookhotel.com. The picture posted on the site was huge and luxurious. In reality, It was shabby, smelly, claustrophobic and way below thier regular deluxe rooms. The deluxe room was spacious, clean and great. In brief please book interconnecting rooms and suite is not worth it.

We loved the staff, very helpful, we are going there once or twice per year and it still best service ever. We don't have to wait for 3 for the check in, they always bring water or other things complimentary , no extra charge, they let you use the facilities even if you check out. Its clean, rooms are big, the receptionists are extremely nice and helpful. Me and my husband loved it and we will go back as soon as we have offs. Worth it

Food, we didn't like the food. It is quite expensive and honestly not worth it. However the prices are the same as for any 5 start hotel.

Overall , We really enjoyed our stay and the Arabian restaurant was good. We found Philip to be a fantastic and attentive waiter, please let him know how happy we were with the service. The staff were really friendly. The room was clean and had a fabulous view, we thought the fruit was a lovely touch! Breakfast was good ! Thankyou!

The beach had rubbish on it, should be cleaned up please! We were picking up rubbish ourselves( other people's rubbish) the food at the beach restaurant was very poor and disappointing ,simple fresh food prepared with care would be much appreciated. I'm not sure the chef's expertise is up to standard, maybe some more training ?

We have been upgraded from two room suit to 3 room suit which was great. The dive centre was close to the room and it made my life easier. Breakfast is gr8 as usual. This is not my first stay in this hotel. The room was clean and the facilities are good. They allowed us to checkout around 2:00 pm which made our life easier

The resturant facing the beach in the main buildig is so slow in service we had to call him or signal to several time so he can notice us. They were serving shisha in that resturant, however, they were preparing it infornt of the kids play ground exposed with no one from the stuff to be there which made me worry all the time. During the checkout we had requested for some one to carry our bags but no one showed up tell half an hour later

well the resort was beautiful with private beach, we were upgraded to delux room and also since it was my wife's B'day hotel had provided with a beautiful cake and a fruit platter. that was really nice. actually one of my friend who had stayed here recommended me the place and mark my word it was worth it. I had stayed in raddison in Prague and had a very good exprerience. thanks a lot.

i had noticed that on arrival our credit card was blocked and we were charged for the blocked amount plus we were charged for the actual amount spent. the same was not informed to us about the refund will take 15 days. upon calling back the resort after 5 days we were informed the same.

The horizontal distribution of all the units, and the availability of the pools which suits the family gathering, staff is really helpful and kind. Had a great time with my family as we were celebrating our father's birthday. I would definatly recommend this hotel to all my friends' families as it's one of the few resorts that suits and respect our traditions as local muslim families where we found similar families with great level of satisfaction about this issue.

As for an earlier stay in the same hotel, I stayed in a refurbrished room where all furniture and bathroom are renewed and highly eligent and so I was excpecting the same in the 3-bedroom suite and thus worth the 3000 aed a night, but to my disappointment it was still not renewed and old.

The food on offer was of poor quality especially at the Arabian restaurant. Tasteless soup followed up by dry overcooked fish which had extremely hard burnt skin in addition to poor mashed potatoes. Not a good experience I would not revisit this restaurant and it tainted an otherwise good experience.

Unpleasant smell outdoors at the eastern end of the resort. Pool areas need more shade, especially the kids pools. Food is nothing special and overpriced.
