The staff was very helpful, friendly, and could converse in English. The hotel had WiFi and business facilities. The location was close to restaurants, site seeing and night life. It was a quiet, low traffic street. I could walk to most places of interest. For example, the opera house and Irish Pub were only 2 blocks away.

I just spent a week at SPA Hotel Maristella (Oct. 11-18). This hotel is very close to the beach so the location is ideal for warm and swimming weather. The ladies at reception were very good. The Spa facility was excellent. The ladies at the reception at the Spa, especially Val (I think that is her name) were very good. Some of the massages were very good, the classic massage by a woman and the aqua massage was very good. The cleaners everywhere were excellent.

My stay at this hotel was the most pleasant of surprises in my 40 plus years of traveling. Looking for a hotel in a strange city, I was referred online to several hotels that friends in Odessa warned me away from.

We stayed in a lovely suite with a balcony overlooking the park. The hotel was beautifully decorated throughout and the staff were very friendly, responsive and had good English language skills (always a bonus!) Breakfast was great with a variety of options for everyone. We also had a small celebration in the restaurant - the food was absolutely delicious, especially the seasonal specialties and the Indian cuisine. We had a fantastic time in Odessa and will be definitely coming back!

Good breakfast, convenient next to train station and 10 minute walk to one of the not so crowded beaches ( otrada), also nice that we got free entrance to itaka beach/night club.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel (we stayed at the Superior Apartment, which was huge (70 sq.meters), and it had everything an apartment should have. So we felt like home. Girls at the reception (especially Inga) were really nice and friendly. And helpful as well. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning, since it is in the city

Location is great - in the center of all. Appartments were really huge (70 sq.m) and well equipped. Calm place, no noise from outside. Staff was very polite and trained, always smiling. Excellent hotel in such a beautiful place like Odessa!Next time I am here again!

It had a very good feeling about the place and was in a very good setting for travelling around Odessa. It was very clean and well set out and the bathroom was good. The service was excellent and it was very clean and the cost was very reasonable. We are already planning to go to the same place again on the basis of our positive experiences.

The staff in the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The facilities within the hotel were 1st class. The pool area was lovely and spacious. I used the gym which was well equipped. I thought that Vera ( the receptionist) was really terrific - she was so very, very helpful, English was fluent, and she helped me out in so many ways. She is the reason i would stay again!!!! the hotel was very clean. the staff very friendly. the rooms neat and decent size. the dolphin show was great . the hotel is waterfront and nature is all around. bring your family if you have kids. they also have a rooftop terrace with beautiful views. price was great at 100$ a night. -
