  We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel (we stayed at the Superior Apartment, which was huge (70 sq.meters), and it had everything an apartment should have. So we felt like home. Girls at the reception (especially Inga) were really nice and friendly. And helpful as well.   The hotel is old, but very beautiful. The staff, depending on who was working, ranged from very good to merely adequate. I liked the 24/7 hotel bar quite a bit. - Excellent staff, impressive interior, exceptional location. Proximity to the main historical sites, opera, restaurants.

  The staff in the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The facilities within the hotel were 1st class. The pool area was lovely and spacious. I used the gym which was well equipped.
