Very nice and cozy, the staff is very nice and wonderful! The hotel's location is very good, in the center of the city. After a visit to this hotel were only the warm and good memories. Thank you very much for your hospitality!!.

It could be a little bit more cleaner... especially floor.
The person who greeted me on my arrival could not speak a word of English.
Shower practically didn't work in our room.
bed is a converted sofa.
Still, reception works strange. Cable TV wasn't working although administrator present me a box of chocolates. Didn't had hot water one morning and was painful to take shower like this.

The girl who greeted me made me wait 1 hour at reception and they were not accommodating! I was tired from travelling and they made me wait with my girlfriend!.
Reception was kinda strange the way it works.
