The owners were really accommodating - didn't mind the fact that I have a large dog and allowed him into the bedroom so that I didn't have to leave him downstairs. The accommodation is ideal for dog owners as there is little traffic to worry about, large open fields to the back of the property and a dog friendly environment which is clean and convenient.

Everything! Very friendly and relaxed. Felt at home instantly. Beautiful house with lots of interesting local information and objects to wonder at. A warm welcome on arrival, the bedroom and shower-room were fastidiously clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet, considering the location. An excellent night's sleep - unfortunately did not have time to sample the breakfast but, if the aroma was anything to go by, it would have been delicious!

We really enjoyed our stay at Middleton Grange, we took our busy little spaniel with us, and the owners (Salli and George) were wonderful, and really made us feel at home, especially Izzy (our spaniel) who was very happy to be fussed, and to explore the garden and grounds. Everything. There is nothing negative to say about this B&B. The owners were lovely, very accommodating & a pleasure to chat with. If I'm ever around this way again then I would definitely book to stay here. What an amazing place in such beautiful surroundings. Thank you for making my weekend a great one.
