scenery, good location for exploring nearby area. Convenient location for touring. staff. staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast was good.It is a pet friendly hotel. Nice location within walking distance of the west hightland way. A good stopping point if you wish to break your trip on your way to the highlands. The situation of the hotel and the staff were helpful. Good location by the mountains. Location. the food served was good. noisy early morning had workman staying but no problem. We were given a room without a shower and though the bath was nice for achange it was painful first thing in the morning rush We weren't toldabout this until we asked too or given the option of another room. missing light bulbs in bedroom made reading in bed difficult. extractor fan not working in loo.Shower rather run down. Urgently needs upgrading. Poor decor, leaking shower hose. Generally small things that could be easily improved. no bath. room was small dingy and poor quality. Our room was clean and tidy but in need of refurbishment. En suite facilities out of date. Disappointed in the food and the general lay-out of the hotel. This hotel needs urgent reforms on rooms. Bad forniture, bathroom...Hotel bieb localizado junto a las montañas, para hacer rutas, etc, peroel hotel no es bueno, muy caro, para lo que te ofrecen. No recomiendo. General shabby appearance of hotel was disappointing. This was more like a bunk house than a three star hotel, facilities were very limited and old, food was awful. the room was very poor in comparison to other rooms booked on this trip. it was tired and worn, the light did not work, the extractor fan on the en-suite did not work. The website says that you offer warmth and comfort.. The hotel room was cold and in a state of disrepair. The rooms look like they have not been looked after and need an upgrade. I usually stay in the Duck Bay hotel on Loch Lomond 45 minutes drive away and the cost of a room at the Duck Bay is a mere £5 difference.. I travel on regularly on business and this hotel is below standard. the staff is inhospitable, there is not hygiene, the room is crumbling and dirty. The price of the room is too much expensive.
