  Terrific hotel. Very helpful staff and good attitude. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely pool and spa facilities. Separate steam and sauna for men and women. Men don't have to get involved in all the Spa stuff which is good. Best hotel I have stayed in for a long time.   In this visit we encountered a disrupted sleep due to a couple having multiple domestic issues during the night shift receptionist "Carl" of which he had repeatedly advised the couple concerned to be quieter and thoughtful for the other clients of premier inn.
