  The staff were very friendly and professional, and we were welcomed warmly. The room (China) was very comfortable and spotlessly clean with a huge bathroom with both bath and shower. Home made biscuits added a nice touch. The restaurant is in a new conservatory and is delightful, whilst the food itself was outstanding..I Had the best welsh lamb cannon I hav - Great atmosphere, and lovely friendly staff. The rooms were wonderful. We were so taken with the hotel, we extended our stay - which the staff managed for us perfectly. The restaurant was excellent, and a nice place for an evening. The bar likewise, good ales and wine, and the atmosphere of a good pub (with a great terrace too, if the sun's shining) - perfect. The breakfasts were great too.

  The Penally Abbey has a distinct charm and ellegance that is not always to translate into words. Lovely welcome by the staff most welcoming and friendly. Our room was lovely and spacious, with lot's of character. The meals are excellent especially the evening meal. Compliments to the chief. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Would stay again. Wonderful! Thank you, just wished we had stayed longer.

  We liked the shabby chic feel without it being at all shabby. Dark Wood - real wood not melamine - friendly staff - an excellent room with fantastic sea view and a fabulous breakfast. Everything we encountered was clean with a gracious living feel. Enough of a luxury feel to justify the price. Although the hotel was very quiet because of the time of year, we were made to feel very welcome and the cooked breakfast was lovely. We had fantastic weekend in Tenby and will definitely return to this Hotel
