Stunning sea view, comfortable bed, availability of broadband, extremely good breakfasts, friendliness of the proprietor, Graham. Friendly welcome. Cleanliness of the room. Good location.nice and polite staff, very good breakfast. convenient. The manager who welcomed me was very friendly and helpful. The room wasclean and comfortable. The room was well appointed. location, parking. Great location. Free WiFI. Convenience for our destination. Location. The shower.Water pressure low. This is not a criticism, but I was unaware that there was no lift. Getting up to the second floor was a little difficult at times as I have asthma and arthritis. It wouldn't stop me visiting again however, there is so much more to see on the Gower Peninsular. It doesn't look very inviting from outside but for a basic, value hotel it had everything we needed. Though in the main the bathroom was clean, the shower cubicle was not.The grouting was dirty especially by the door of the cubicle, it wasbrown - a shame as everything else was okay.Breakfast serving ended too early for a Sunday. I miss a table an a chair in the room (there was place enough). No bar or restaurant as advertised. Room was somewhat basic. Lack of parking / extra cost for parking. not a single chair in room, all public rooms - like bar and restaurant -were locked after 7pm, only staff contact after 7 pm was by telephone so what would happen in emergency at night is anybody's guess. we left after two nights and moved to another hotel nearby.
