Most friendly and welcoming where you can relax in a lovely quiet location. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. There is a good choice of food at breakfast and it is prepared and cooked to a high standard. It is very convenient for visiting Cambridge via the park and ride system. The house is situated near Shepreth railway station

The welcome was very friendly and informative. The location is delightful and the decor beautifully finished. I had the ground floor room with a double and a single bed. Comfortable bed and I had a very quiet night's sleep.
Breakfast was top quality and plentiful.
I would thoroughly recommend. The price is superb especially for the Cambridge catchment area.

Nice little place to stay, if you don't mind the absence of an elevator, and fairly small low-ceilinged rooms. It is of course an old mill, but the rooms have been refurbished as good as it gets. Excellent meals if you go for the menu. They have "snacks" too but a better description for the latter would be "junk food leading to morbid obesity" - w

I grew up in Melbourn and missed this little jewel!
The setting is idyllic. The view over the mill pond is gorgeous by day, but by night is stunning! The trees are lit with coloured lights and the reflection in the still mill pond is incredible - I've never seen anything like it!
The staff are all really friendly, chatty and helpful.
The food is delicious!
The bed was very comfortable!
