Booked last minute only room left which was small but clean.I Booked as a B&B the breakfast was good.Hotel has a small bar and couple that run it are very nice people.Near to North bay can walk down catch bus to South Bay or town. A must is to call at Harbour Bar in South Bay and enjoy a fantastic ice cream never to forget..! Will go back again and book early to get one of many bigger rooms.We enjoyed the Easter break lovely coast to visit. Thanks to all at Headlands Hotel. R Malton.

We were given advice on how to get to venue and the owners even put some of our champagne in the fridge for us to celebrate my birthday later. Overall an excellent stay. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others. Thanks for a great stay. Very pleasant location just up from Peasholm Park. Comfortable room with everything you need. Very welcoming staff and helpful in making sure our stay was very pleasant. Accommodation was freshly decorated and very clean. Superb breakfast which had to be walked off along the sea front. We were lucky enough to stay when very hot and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away with friends. Friendly helpful staff, providing local knowledge. Hearty, well cooked English breakfast and variety of alternatives available on menu. Location with plenty of parking, ideal for North Beach area. Pleasant promenade walk of about 35 minutes from Scarborough centre wife. (60s couple). I loved everything about this hotel. The owner was so friendly and welcoming, the room was very comfortable and ultra-clean and the location was in a nice residential area close to bus routes. Free parking was a bonus and as was the free wi-fi. I thought the hotel was exceptionally clean and bright the decor was in keeping with its pictures and engravings on walls. Breakfast was brilliant, dining room got the early morning sunshine. Excellent location and value for money, owner managed hotel. Room a little small, ok for a couple of nights and as a base if out all day. Too many pictures, especially covering very nice wallpaper. If anything, quite a way from centre of town. Price of drinks at the bar were very expensive. Nothing. Breakfast times too restricted. the ensuite was really small and compact plus the beds were not too comfy. Very small room and extremely small en-suite. Fortunate both of us small, but would be impossible for a large person to use. Stale smell in reception. Lack of milk etc in room. Small en suite.
