tranquillo - excellent breakfast !!! - shame it wasnt included in the room price though. Within reasonable walking distance to main shopping area. - Very well appointed hotel, lots of facilities. The restaurant was excellent.

Staff were very friendly- quickly booked me a taxi. I asked how far Richmond centre was and not only given a local map but shown where we were. The hotel was about 5 minutes walk away. Very convenient to the tube which was good as I arrived in the dark. Spotlessly clean. I would stay there again. For the continental breakfast there was a good selection of food. Thanks to all concerned.

although not huge, was adequate in size for two people. The bathroom was
clean and modern, with one of the best showers I've seen in a hotel.

Location was good, either 7 /8 minutes walk to Richmond Tube /
Train Station and just a bit further into town shops etc. Bus stops in
either direction normally straight outside, although when we where there
the one into Richmond was out of use due to engineering works.
Staff were very friendly. Rooms were very nice and spacious. Drinks in bar (well at least the beer / lager) was cheaper than any pubs we went in in Richmond , Twickenham, Brentford or Chiswick.

Originally booked a double and a twin room for our teenage sons, but when we arrived they had arranged 2 doubles. Eventually they sorted out new rooms for us and by way of apology upgraded my husband and myself to an executive room. We were impressed by their attitude to customer service. Plenty of restaurants 5 mins walk away and lots of discount

I loved it! The room was beautiful with everything you could want - Nespresso machine, fresh milk and water in the fridge, lovely toiletries, large screen tv, comfortable bed with smooth, crisp sheets. We stayed here because we were going to Twickenham stadium for the rugby, but would have loved to stay longer. We walked to the stadium, but we are good walkers and you can get a taxi easily.
