  We missed the breakfast and the staff was kind enough to prepare our breakfast almost at lunch time. The wedding we came to attend was at 1300 and the check in time at 1400, but the hotel staff was very nice and let us into the room earlier so we could dress for the wedding.   Wonderful location in centre of Devizes. This has always been one of my favourite pubs especially in winter with log fires, friendly bar staff, lots of dogs and a good range of food and drinks available at all times of day. Most of all The Bear is a fabulous old building which can not be easy to maint - Friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast! We were travelling with our son, his partner and a very young baby and also an elderly mother and aunt. All were very happy with all aspects of the hotel. They were also very accommodating when we requested early check-ins in order to change for a wedding. All in all a lovely hotel.

We would certainly stay at the Old Manor Hotel again if in the area and reccommend it without hesitation.
