The atmosphere as soon as you enter the foyer, the reception area and our room were all extremely pleasing! We loved our room, on the 12th floor, very roomy, great views, great kitchen area for having pre dinner drinks with friends! We would definitely stay again! -

Molto pulito e cibo buono - Everything it was fantastic. The Spa room we had was so quiet and beautifully appointed. Food in the Restaurant was superb as was the service of the staff. - The service was outstanding from the people at reception, waiters at the restaurant. Being a vegetarian, the staff were very welcoming and accomodating.

Very warm welcome at reception and from guys on the door. Lovely spacious twin room, really cosy beds, excellent powerful shower, lovely massive towels...everything was spotless! Made use of the fantastic leisure facilities too - v well equipped gym, lovely swimming pool / sauna / steam room and jacuzzi. Highly recommend!!!

This was the 2nd occasion that we have stayed at the Hotel and we really enjoyed it. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hogarths. - The hotel is so relaxing and has a lovely set up. The staff are excellent and very friendly.

This is the best hotel that I have ever been in the United Kingdom. Staff are friendly, we were warmly received. Rooms cleaned and very neat and tidy, with all the facilities in order. They even provided extra blanket in the cupboard -

We liked the position as we were eating & shopping around the Mailbox.
We really enjoyed relaxing & playing in the spa pool - wish we had brought our gym kit too.

The hotel was in a great location, we stayed there not only for that, but also because it looked great for the money. We weren't wrong, the facilities are excellent, staff very helpful, and the room we had was exceptional, much better than your boring Premier Inn.

Ive stayed in many hotels in the centre of Birmingham but for me this
hotel outshines them all for £99 you get a great room in the centre of
Brum near the shops, near the nightlife without the Noisy sleepless
night of Hyatt Crown plaza and Jurys Inn. I cannot fault this place if
it is a touch more dearer than some other hotels you will only regret
not paying to stay here

At the time I stayed at the hotel they were in the process of redecorating the main hall and most of the bedrooms. However, this work was being carried out in a manor that did not disturb the guests. The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We were next to the train station but did not hear a thing thanks to the triple (?) glazing. The double bed lived up to the advert and was incredibly comfortable. Definetly had a good nights sleep. Check out time at 12.00 - brilliant! Did not feel rushed to leave. -
