  The hotel was excellent, easy access to the Grangemouth site about 6 miles. the young staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful. - I liked the fact the hotel had a park situated opposite. I was able to take my two one year olds there to play whilst we waited for my husband to finish work. The biggest asset of the hotel is it's staff in particular the reception staff who are the first point of contact and have to deal - Staff were nice and friendly. I arrived extremely tired. When I asked about dinner, the options were explained to me and then the receptionist said I could have dinner in my room if I preferred, which sounded great. Food was good quality, if a little small in portion size and quite expensive. I also took part in an all day conference the next day. The food was very tasty then too. Breakfast buffet was particularly good. Thank you

Staff participated in the surprise and we had a lovely evening/night at the hotel. The hotel is very old however, I was pleasantly surprised how clean everything was.
