The receptionist was so helpful and nice. The room was very, very clean and welcoming. When we walked anywhere in the hotel the staff were so friendly. posizione - La camera era ampia e comoda, il bagno dotato sia di doccia che di vasca. Buona anche la posizione, se non si avesse voglia di camminare nella via passano diversi autobus che in poche fermate portano in pieno centro. Ottima anche la colazione a buffet.

The people at Martins Guesthouse were very friendly and the breakfast was perfect. I had the small room with a tiny ensuite bathroom on the top floor, but I knew that beforehand and I do not need much space - so it was perfectly ok for me. Overall, I can absolutely recommend Martins Guesthouse. -

We loved the design & decor of the Dakota. It was very modern & stylish. The staff from beginning to end were amazing ... So so friendly. We stayed for 2 nights but on the 2nd night we decided we wld like our 9 yr old Grandson who we were visiting in Edinburgh to stay the night with us. We asked reception if that wld be possible & within 10 mins a z bed was being set up in our room. We had a great weekend & will definitely be going back. My Grandson was well impressed also.. Hi -
The location was great, not to far out of Edinburgh. There is a bus stop 50yds from the hotel and you can get a bus to Edinburgh which costs £3- 50p return. which is a dam sight cheaper than the £20+ it costs to park for the day. The Hotel staff are friendly and helpful the hotel is a very modern design and beautifully appointed. Don't be put off by the fact its next to Tesco's on a retail park, its just brilliant planning as if you are going out for the day you can go and get food to take with
