lovely apartment, very homely and well run, good breakfast provided in the aprtment, very helpfull staff, good location, we have a 5 month old boy and we walked to most attractions including the castle, shops nearby including Tesco express for grabbing food for the aprtment but have resturants right on the canal by the aprtment if you prefer. ... cosa dice la gente » very quite at night. - The apartment was lovely, and the staff were very helpful, allowing is into our rooms early so that we could get ready for a wedding. I made several calls prior the trip to ensure that we could get a high chair and cot for our baby and the staff remembered me and were very friendly. - The apartment was fantastic, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was stocked with basic essentials. Parking was great too. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definately use this apartment/hotel complex again.

Fantastic apartment in a great location, close to the main bars and shops etc. Someone came and met us at the apartment to show us around, how to use the heating, oven etc. The apartment had 3 bedrooms upstairs with 8 single beds then down a spiral staircase to the huge living space, kitchen and patio doors to an outside decking area. The whole family fell in love with apartment from the moment we stepped into the foyer for our meet and greet upon arrival.
Apartment was very spacious, high ceilings, large rooms and 1st class facilities including bath products in all bathrooms, Island bench,washing machine and dishwasher in Kitchen area. Complimentary Coffee, Tea, milk and sugar.

The older gentleman working in the reception was a perfect example of hospitality and he also seemed to have a great knowledge of Edinburgh, which he shared generously.

apartment was fantastic, new, good layout, good facilities and amenities. location was ok - a good 20 min walk to the heart of the shopping district and royal mile and quite a walk to a supermarket. Great to have a balcony.Parking a small hassle as none on site and you park up the road. Ok when you are settled but for arriving/departing/ unpacking

Very suprised and impressed with this hotel, well presented and staff were polite and helpful. Room was very clean and quiet at the back of the building. Booked into restaurant for evening meal, everybodys food was excellent and again very friendly staff. Booked purely for location for Edinburgh marathon. -

Relaxed atmosphere in sumptuous surroundings. - As before, the quiet atmosphere, the cleaniness, comfort and specification level of the rooms and the unobtrusively efficient service. It is also in an ideal situation for walking to and about Edinburgh. The parking area is a bonus.

The breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice. Everything was served to your table which was nice but I actually prefer a buffet where you can choose what you want as you eat. Because everything here was served, you had to order your drink, cold starter and hot breakfast all at the same time. The staff were extremely friendly and professional.

To keep it in a nutshell - everything! We stayed in the triple room (Nr. 1) which is to the rear side of the building with garden view and very quiet. We left the window open all night. The room is equipped with a fridge, microwave, TV, etc. and tastefully decorated to the highest standard. The breakfast is superb and offers a wide range of choice

Dave and Susan were the nicest couple, who made you feel friendly and at home in their beautiful Georgian style B&B in the city centre of Edinburgh. The B&B is conveniently located; it's a 25 minutes walk to the Royal Mile or a bus ride of 5 minutes. The breakfast was exceptionally well organised with lots of fresh fruits, croissants, yoghurts and cereals, and many different sorts of baked goods.
I would recommend this B&B to everyone and if we return to Edinburgh, we will definitel
