Staff were of 5* quality, attached bar is fantastic with good beer, good food and live sport on big screens. Bedrooms are great. Would not hesitate to return.   Arrived into hotel after a long flight late at night with 2 young children. Nicole was so genuinely helpful and caring and got all our check-in smoothly done. All our tiredness & tension was alleviated and had a great nights sleep. Next morning at breakfast Karen took care of us brilliantly - nothing was too much bother. Will use this hotel again - even if I'm not using the airport!! - A bit pricy for a generic hotel without any character, but clear and comfortable. Nothing else around (in an industrial park) so no other eating options. Check with attendant to make sure no groups are booked for dinner, otherwise no dinner for you!
