  The staff could not do enough for us during our stay, they were friendly, approachable and very helpful. The facilities were of a very high standard, especially the spa and pool.   Everyone was extremely friendly and more than happy to help. The Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the City Centre but in dire weather (as was this weekend) taxi's are happy to pick up/drop off. - Only stayed overnight but impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, especially reception when booking in.
