  This hotel is the real deal, the venue is perfectly situated & all staff were attentive, polite & well turned out. The rooms are good & you get what you pay for. Food was excellently presented & close to fine dining.   A very nice B&B located on a side street away from the crowds but nevertheless in a very close proximity to the city beach, Shanklin Chine and Old Village which are town's main tourist attractions. The rooms are big enough, well furnished, clean and comfortable. The owner is friendly and helpful, breakfast is standard English B&B choice (c... cosa dice la gente » ereals, toast, good variety of fruits, English breakfast etc.). There is a large living room in the house available for the guests. - Mick is really a nice and friendly staff! The restaurant is nice and clean. The location is so amazing as it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the cliff and you can choose either the lift or walking down to the beach. Also, 5 minutes to Shanklin Old Town is also very convenient! I really had a great time in St George B&B!

  Lovely night, it felt as though staying in a friends house. Beautifully comfortable bed, a short walk to cliff tops and a breakfast that kept us going for the rest of the day. Thanks!! - Friendly, helpful, clean, well-equipped -everything worked. Location very peaceful, dog-friendly, good local knowledge. Tasteful décor and practical layout.
