Excellent value, have stayed in a wide range of hotels and for modernity and cleanliness this hotel ranks amongst the best. Generous tea, coffee, etc in the room, bright white towels and easy to follow instructions for the shower. Good value breakfast - we paid £5 each. For the amount we paid for the room it surpassed expectations. Friendly staff

The friendliness of the staff comfortable bed superb breakfast close proximity of shops and bus stops right out side the door and across the road also. Knowing it was on a busy road I wore earplugs at night so was not bothered by traffic noise. I will go back to Henry's whenever I go to Manchester. Regular buses into Manchester etc

The position is excellent and though set back and quiet, it is right next to a large Tesco and the M62 junction, at one end of a pleasant village with a lovely park and several eateries and within a few minutes walk of the Metrolink station which takes you right into the centre of Manchester. For being such a budget hotel the staff are exceptional. I got better
service from this place than other hotels that I have paid a lot of
money for. From entering the building to when we departed we spoke to
three different members of staff who provided the same level of service.
I would definitely visit again.

The location was perfect for getting to my customer in time the next day which is why I chose Oak House.
They phoned me prior to arrival to check what time I would be there as there isn't a reception as such with it just being a B&B.

Location is great and easy to park in various locations very near by.

Location near the Manchester Piccadily train station, about 5 min by foot. I would recomend this hotel for the people who have a flight from Manchester airport, train goes about 20 minutes to airport. This is the third times when we stay at Premier inn's hotels, no matter in which city you want to stay at Premier Inn Hotel London, Manchester and so on always comfortable rooms with tea and coffe set, hairdryer and air condition, clean bathrooms.
Breakfast was really nice!

Good location just 1 min from j1 of M66 and a 5 min. drive from Ramsbottom. Ramsbottom has some good individual shops and a steam railway. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent we had a very enjoyable evening meal there.
Nice bar and lounge areas.

Needed a Hotel to stay for 1 night to attend a family function. Staff friendly and the room was lovely and clean. We had our evening meal and Breakfast at the Hotel and thought both were lovely. We would definitely stay here again should we need accommodation near Bury/ Rawtenstall area.

The hotel was quite new and the rooms were beautiful. I particularly like the dressing mirror with the hairdryer and plug for straighteners etc. In so many hotels, you have to search around for a plug for your hairdryer and then it is not near a mirror - Premier Inn obviously understand a woman's requirements. We had a great nights sleep at the Premier Inn, its so true what they say, very comfortable. Staff were sooooooooooooooooo nice, welcoming and happy to oblige. i really could not fault anything about the hotel, the only thing i would say is that we found it slightly hard to find as it had no signs up but when we rang the hotel they helped us in any way they could. The member of staff we dealt with could not have been any more helpor more polite, we already know we are coming back next year!!!!!!!!!!!!! -

The booking by letsbookhotel.com was incorrect when I arrived according to the
receptionist! Apparently this is a common problem with your bookings?
They recommended if using you again to check also direct with the hotel.
You booked a single room I booked a triple family room! Thankfully they
were able to resolve. -
