Hotel was nice and clean, both public areas and the room. Room more spacious than most. Good leisure facilities. Enjoyable meals. - Lovely hotel with atmosphere and character. Children loved the pool and the outlook of our room was restful. Impressed with Barcelo chain and took brochure for further stays with the company.

The hotel was nice and modern and we received a good welcome on our arrival. Good parking facilities and the bar was also a nice surprise! We walked into the town centre during the day (approx. 10 mins), however, a taxi was necessary during the evening. The owners were really friendly, and as they weren't full they gave me an upgrade from the smallest room on the top floor to a larger room on a lower floor. Everything - the very large comfortable bed, the spacious room, the spotless bathroom. The owner was very accommodating - I asked for a vegetarian cooked breakfast and this was prepared for me, and it was superb! I would recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.

These apartments are very well appointed and are located close to Montpellier. We had an issue originally because we were allocated an apartment on the top floor which meant a climb involving 64 stairs We asked to be moved and to be fair the management did manage to accommodate us on the ground floor for the final two days of a four day booking.

What a stunning and beautifully presented apartment. We stayed in Apt 4 which had two bedrooms and an upper floor with gorgeous lounge and well equipped kitchen. We could live here!!! Fantastic. It has set the benchmark for all apartments we hope to find in the future and so convenient for central Cheltenham.

All of it, the welcome on arrival, very clean room, the bed was the most comfortable I've used. Staff second to none.....Would certainly go again :-) Excellent !!! - Excellent staff. The service was the best I've experienced anywhere.
Nothing was too much trouble and I've stayed in many 5* hotels especially in London. This was as good if not better.
The hotel was beautiful too. The rooms were gorgeous. We had a feature room. With huge shower and late bath in the room. Which was fabulous. Beds were amazing. Breakfast in bed.

Hotel was very glam and finished to a very high standard.
Bar staff were very professional, friendly and entertaining.
Chefs were happy to prepare something which was not on the menu.
All in all, a very friendly atmosphere that was made by the staff and the surroundings!
I would highly recommend the romantic roads for couples and Broadway Tower especially! A fantastic way to explore the surrounding areas, scenery you will be speechless about!
