we found the staff friendly,and attentive,nothing was too much trouble.The hotel was very clean and modern.The position of the hotel was very near to the seafront ,quiet,nearto shops,theatre ,cinema,etc.Food was well presented ,plenty of choice,good cooking.the parking was private around the back,also a courtyard to sit out around the back. - . What a lovely place with very friendly people running it. Just far enough outside Aberystwyth to be peaceful, yet close enough to get a pizza delivered (and local calls are free from the phone in the kitchen). A fine continental breakfast with truly excellent coffee was provided. We will undoubtedly stay there again. Very highly recommended. -

Everything! I thoroughly enjoyed my six-night stay. My room was spotless, the guest house both friendly and quiet, and breakfast delicious--I especially liked the cherry tomatoes, cheese, croissants, and fruit. Good room. Great breakfast. Excellent service. I was very late coming in from Falmouth, Cornwall. At 7.30 pm, 30 minutes before the latest check-in time of 8.00 pm I was still in Bristol, more than 3 hours drive from Aberystwyth. I phoned the house and informed that I would arrive 11.00 pm and Marlena, the housekeeper said no problem, she could wait for me. I arrived 10.50 pm, and Marlena opened the door after just one press of the door bell.

The B&B was less than 2 miles from the event venue I was visiting and the proprietor was very friendly and accommodating, making personal arrangements for breakfast times and menu. It was a lovely B&B with easy off-road parking. I even took one of the leaflets to recommend to work colleagues for work or leisure visits.

The lady who met us was very welcoming and the room was lovely and comfortable. Shower was excellent. Breakfast was a very plesant experience and the lady who served us was equally as nice. We don't normally choose this type of guest house but would defintely go there again. -

Cathie and Lucy were excellent friendly welcoming hosts. Taincwm is a lovely house in a tranquil spot with stunning views. The room was clean, bright and very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent and set me up nicely for a winter days sightseeing on the way home.
I would highly recommend Taincwm and would gladly stay there again when next in the area.

The Paddock is set in the countryside with sea views, close to lots of amenities. It was very comfortable, we were greeted by the owner who made us hot drinks on our arrival and the Wood burner was lit so it was very warm and cosy. We only stayed for one night but we would definitely like to go back and stay for longer.

On arriving to Neuadd Wen for a wedding weekend we were met by Jen with a lovely warm welcome and asked into the B&B for coffee, tea and cake. We were then shown our rooms, they were extremely clean and fresh, with all you would need in them. The B&B was amazing value for money and we felt so welcome, it felt like a home from home.

Spotlessly clean and good sized rooms and bathrooms, bedside tables with the most scrumptious homemade shortcake ever - all this on top of being welcomed with cups of tea and welsh cake! It's the little details that make Jenny's B&B stand out. Coming back home after our not-particularly-exhausting hike along the coastal path felt good.
