Very friendly and welcoming staff who were helpful and cheerful without exception.
Nice rooms, although we booked 2 singles, we were each given a room with a double and single bed so plenty of space. Free Wi-Fi. Excellent cooked breakfast. Good location for visiting Aberglasny Garden, The National Botanical Garden of Wales and a National Trust castle just across the road.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, there was a good atmopsphere in all areas of the hotel. I left my phone charger in my room on departure and they were great about sending it on to me, very efficient! We stayed in a deluxe double room which was spacious with a four poster bed and jacuzzi bath. We had a sea view room which was beautiful. If you are going to stay at this hotel we highly recommend you pay the extra £20 a night for a deluxe room. It was dog friendly so we had a five star stay with our dog. It was wonderful to have such freedom around the area and to feel so far away from everything. The staff were just brilliant, the small superb menu changed every day, everything tasted so fresh and was cooked to perfection. We can't wait to return.
