  Very friendly staff especially towards are two young children. They made us all feel very welcome and were very accommodating to our every need. We asked for some warm milk for our baby's bottle at 6.30am and they did so without even charging us! We stayed out the hotel to visit legoland and windsor and this hotel was in the perfect location. Could not fault the hotel and every single member of staff- thank - The staff were super friendly and flexible, overall very helpful - truly excellent service. Although we were a little worried about the location, as it turned out, there was a bus stop right across street from where we could take a bus directly to London Victoria On our last day, we took the same bus in the other direction to Windsor, which was a great experience as well. The pool and the saunas were very nice, too, after a long day of walking around in London. We would recommend this hotel any

  being a private hotel, the standard was fabulous, the rooms spacious and the food out of this world, I have stayed in central london hotels that do not even compare to this hotel - Completely excellent all round. Fabulous dining! Rooms,service and facilities of the highest standard. Will go out of our way to revisit.

  The staff were very helpful. We were told our rooms had lovely countryside views but neither of them did. When I asked reception they changed our room but couldn't change the family room as the other one was taken. The restaurant was very good and although we only had the continental breakfast the pastries and croissants were the best we've had! The staff very friendly and the food both dinner and breakfast of high quality and good wide menu. Bedrooom doors opened to a small patio per room.
