  The superb ambience and surrounding -a total retreat. Also the spa facilities are the best I have seen (pool jacuzzi steam room etc) Staff go out of their way to make you feel at home and at home is how you feel. (I stayed 3 nights) - What can I say, this is a really beautiful hotel, the staff were so friendly and attentive.

  The spa facilities were good, nice sized indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna and steam room. Didn't use the gym but looked good. Spa treatments sounded good although didn't have any. Good food. - this was the 3rd time we stayed and we think the kitchen has improved very much

  Beautiful and historic building in a dramatic setting. Most of the staff were great and very accommodating and they tried sorting out any issues quickly (there's a new GM) Lovely pool area indoor and out Clock tower restaurant was fun and very relaxed with charming staff. Boat trip was worthwhile Wonderful views from rooms in main house - We tho... cosa dice la gente » ught the staff, food and hotel were excellent. We spent one full day exploring the grounds, which are beautiful and situated on the Thames river. Very relaxing and peaceful. Also a very close and easy drive to Heathrow. We stayed there for our last two days in England, after a long trip and it made getting to Heathrow very easy.
