It was very modern & stylish. The staff from beginning to end were amazing ... So so friendly. We stayed for 2 nights but on the 2nd night we decided we wld like our 9 yr old Grandson who we were visiting in Edinburgh to stay the night with us. We asked reception if that wld be possible & within 10 mins a z bed was being set up in our room. We had a great weekend & will definitely be going back. My Grandson was well impressed also.. Hi - The location was great, not to far out of Edinburgh. There is a bus stop 50yds from the hotel and you can get a bus to Edinburgh which costs £3- 50p return. which is a dam sight cheaper than the £20+ it costs to park for the day. The Hotel staff are friendly and helpful the hotel is a very modern design and beautifully appointed. Don't be put off by the fact its next to Tesco's on a retail park, its just brilliant planning as if you are going out for the day you can go and get food to take with

  We loved every minute of our stay at South Queensferry. My two children 9yrs and 8yrs want us to book to go back. The staff were so friendly and very helpful when my children couldn't connect to the wifi. Nothing was a bother to the staff, very helpful. My children thought it was Paul's hotel, he was always there to give us help and advice. The room was huge and comfortable with great heating when needed. Very clean. Evening meal was excellent and excellent service. Special mention to breakfast and the hostess, Lee.
