Both the apartment and the two-bedroom cottage are situated in the garden. Each features a lounge area and a flat-screen TV, along with an iPod docking station and tea and coffee making facilities. The self-catering apartment also boasts a kitchen with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator.
In the mornings, the Bootmenders serves traditional full English breakfast in the main house. Dishes are prepared using locally sourced produce where possible, with fresh eggs from the onsite hens and homemade granola and yoghurt.
Home to a country pub, the village of Froxfield is just 20 minutes’ walk away. Ideally located for scenic strolls, the Bootmenders B&B is surrounded by country paths. It is just 4 miles from both the A3 motorway and Petersfield Railway Station.

Excelent place to spend some unforgettable days. I liked everything excesively. Great people, perfect place, hospitality, cottage perfectly equipped and decorated with excelent taste. Superb breakfast. I do not know what more I can say, I simply recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a beatiful countryside, quite comfortable and with great people.

I was so well and the time was so little, that the owners should oblige their customers to stay at least one week!!!. It is a joke, there is nothing negative to say.

One minor thing; you need a car to go dinner, nothing is wiithing walking distance.
