I found my four night stay there one of the most pleasant short breaks that I have taken in a long time. Everything was perfect.

  Very friendly hosts; large room and bathroom; fantastic breakfast; close to good restaurants and town. I would thoroughly recommend this B and B to anyone travelling to Cornwall. The restaurants the proprietor recommended were also very good - The Dolphin (great pub - have the fish); Taj Mahal and The Navy (very good restaurant - fish meals excep... cosa dice la gente » tional). He did recommend more but we were only there for three nights. - As well as a very comfortable bed the room had all the little extras like a plentiful supply of tea, coffee, biscuits and hair dryer. The breakfast choice was very good, well cooked and delicious. The hosts were very helpful and cheerful. It was spotlessly clean.

  The staff is friendly and very proud of their jobs which is the best thing for the hotel. No wonder it is in such a good condition. You should be really proud of this! The hostel used to be a castle, so except for the truth that I have to share with others, I feel very good. The problem of sharing with others is that I have to use my phone as torc... cosa dice la gente » h at night when returning the room at 12pm and try not to make any sounds. As long as convenient transportation is not your goal, choose this hostel a - Paul, the person who was on reception and looking after the place was extremely friendly. He even gave us a car tour guide that he had of the local area of Cornwall to take with us while we were driving around sightseeing which included some sights that most tourists don't get to see. The food was great and good value for money. the facilities were all very clean and we were made to feel so welcome and at home.
