  So close to the ferry and a really kind and welcoming hostess. We were running from Paris to London for charity and we couldn't have been better looked after, even ice packs for the runner's legs! Plenty of parking and the hostess was really lovely and helpful. A good base to explore the south downs. Also good as a stop over if you are getting the ferry or have just arrived by ferry.

  I greatly appreciated the staff finding us a room with a spare bed in it (in case we had difficulties sleeping in the one double bed). I also greatly appreciated their agreeing to look after our luggage for the afternoon after we had checked out but before we wanted to leave Newhaven itself. - The hotel was fantastic it was immaculate , warm and... cosa dice la gente » very well equipped the staff were friendly and knowledgable . The family room had 2 single beds and a double the bath was huge and the whole hotel was very quiet despite being fully booked

  We liked in particular the location. It is located very close to the train station which then gives you easy access to Brighton and surrounding towns.
