Cosa dice la gente
Amy was an absolutely delightful young lady who related in a friendly, open manner that was both engaging on a personal level and reassuring on a business level - a problem with the booking-in system was handled with good-humour and patience which turned an irritating hitch into 'just one of those things'. I only interacted with the morning staff briefly, but they were friendly and a smile early in the morning always makes a good start to the day. (Oh, and that applies to the waitress at breakf. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
It was the perfect location for us as we were visiting family close by.
It was very comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was food. Staff
very friendly. It was only 10 minutes or so to Nantwich and 30 minutes
to Chester.
Quiet location in spite of being close to the ring road. The reception staff 'Ben' . I'd like an 'anglepoise ' type lamp on the desk for working. I'd like too more options for wifi, bette still 4 hours free.
Very warm, friendly positive welcome. Nothing would be too much trouble; eager to help.
Lovely comfortable bed and pillows; duvet not too heavy but still warm and cosy.
No surprises; friendly staff; comfortable night's sleep (excellent Hypnos bed). Does what it says on the tin (or the TV adverts!).
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and were allowed to check in and had no problem on our late return.
Very bubbly recption staff (especially a small young blonde girl!). Room looked & smelled nice and clean.
Breakfast - excellent value for money and the staff at the pub were really friendly.
The staff were all really friendly and helpful. the room was clean and bed comfy.
Clean and comfortable room. Free parking. On site public house serving good food.
On a hot day a cooling fan, comfortable beds and a good supply of hot water.
all the staff was brilliant,
Amy was very helpful.

We thought the rooms were brilliant and very clean and comfortable.
The staff were excelent, the y were helpfull and efficient.
Helpful staff, clean and tidy comfortable room.
went to a wedding - location suited us well.
Ideal for chester, chats worth,.
It was quiet, good location.
Nice TV and beds were comfy.
Just generally very good.
location.
Convenient location for purpose of our trip- meeting up with relative in Nantwich whilst en route to south east.
Pleasant staff
Request for additional pillows dealt with promptly.
Quite location.
Being able to book out at 12 noon.
Efficient staff for breakfast.
Peacock restaurant. Reasonable prices.
The proximity to local amenities.
every thing really.
Liked peacock pub. Reasonable price and decent food. However their pastas dishes were terrible. Indian dishes were very good.
Helpful friendly staff.
Friendly staff.
There was an initial problem when our booking couldn't be found
but it was sorted out. Our surname had been entered incorrectly in
the system.
30 minute wifi - yes I know you can buy more.
Nothing to dislike. Premier Inns offer good, clean no-frills accommodation at a sensible price. They're not trying to compete with Four Seasons or Chateaux et Relais.
The breakfast next door was very good, but the cleanliness did not match the inn.
Could've done with a couple of biscuits!.
Everything was as expected.
Because wen do not drink coffee we would have liked more than 2 tea bags.
pup next door needs a complete refit. breakfast was
cold a real let down. the staff
[ one ] was run off her feet.
The breakfast served in adjacent Pub was not up to the standard expected.
Just a touch to far out of town.
None.
The towels were replaced even though we had put them on the towel rail for re-using.
We wanted a twin room but had to take a family room and could not state online that only two of us would be staying.
Susan Boyle CD was missing on arrival and no turn down service. Chocolate wrapper was left empty on my pillow as a sign of what could have been...
nothing.
Bedroom designed by a man. For females, the main priority is a seat in front of the mirror with a handy electric socket. You are not the only ones to get it wrong!.
Roll out beds very uncomfortable with springs protruding! Rather dingy corridor with musty smell.Peacock pub needed a good clean inside and out, fabric seats at breakfast covered in stains, and windows filthy.
Rock hard beds.
Dressing table in room creaked as you walked by it.
Did no appear to be any adjustement on room heater. (did not use it)
Could not get a cup of coffee or toast in nearby pub where breakfast serverd. (we did go at 10:10am) knew breakfast was finished by surprised not to be able to get something as simple as toast. No problem to pay. Found staff unhelpful. Their attitude was that breakfast finished at 10 now we finish.
Four stars for hygiene.
The restaurant - breakfast too early finish.
I stayed at this hotel for 14 nights and no mini fridge was available. In North America they are standard. Very inconvenient not to have one for long stays. They only cost $100 or approx. 65 lbs.
should really offer this for customers who stay a your hotel for more than one night. I also stayed at the radisson blu hotel at the manchester airport and they had a mini fridge in the room.
Thank you.
The bed.
nothing.
No small fridge to keep simple foods and beverage in. In North America this is a standard even at the lowest end motel and hotels. The rooms definitely have the space for it and they only cost approx. $100.
Over priced
Poor facilities, no air con, no fridge, cracked toilet bowl, dangerous shower / bath facility.
Poor value for money.
Very disappointing.
No air con, wifi for only half hour (very low speed couldn't get online during my 30 mins), no Iron in room, given Iron board was ancient and inadequate, big external light over the room window, noise of some generator, pretty old settings, car park infront of the window. Will not return.
