Almost everything...very comfortable bed....

Location superb-
Staff very obliging to me as I was there for a dying relative..went out of their way to be flexible as did not know each day how long I was staying.
Gripes aside..they are quibbles...it was still good value for money,and I would defnitely return there..thankyou Nayland! -

The location is absolutely awesome: 2 mins walk from victoria station, right near the victoria coach station where bus arrives from/to stansed (perfect if you fly with low-cost airlines).
The breakfast was fair good, nice staff and a 24/24 receptionist always available (I had to ckeck out at 2.00am).

Renovated small hotel, typical London city house with only 25 rooms. Makes you feel a little home! My room was extremely quiet, view to the garden. They have a nice breakfast room, kind of veranda, with a look to the terrace. I definitively come back to this place, situated in a great location. Chelsea, with lots of restaurants and beautiful shops around. Just a couple of minutes walk from Kingsroad.

Hotel splendido in posizione centralissima. Le camere sono pulitissime, lo staff cortese, veramente un grandioso soggiorno. The location is great. Just opposite the Lancaster Gate station and bus
station to Piccadilly and Westminster, and 5 min walk to Paddington
station. The room we stayed in was recently refurbished and looks very
good. The sofa is a sofa-bed and so useful for small family. There is a
bedroom and so not a studio. Kitchen and toilet are both new and clean.
Hot water supply is good as well.

La massima disponibilità da parte dello staff. L'albergo era sempre pulito ed ordinato e non c'era mai puzza. This is my second stay in this hotel and we got the highest floor instead of the basement which is a good start. Quite near to lancaster gate st, so it's easy for us to access the tube. Good value for money! Most of the staff were friendly and helped us with what we needed. Breakfast was better than expected, no gourmet but the basic Brit bacon, eggs, beans & toast. Extra thanks for the very swift repairment of the leaking tap in our room! 24-h reception was good! If you're looking for a nice little budget room where you go to sleep and spend the rest of the time exploring London I can strongly recommend this hotel!

Location! A short walk across Kensington Park to the V&A Museum and
other great collections. Good tube connections to Queensway Station just
a few minutes walk away in a "safe" area of London. Good
shopping and eating locally or a couple of stops away on the tube. The
continental breakfast is simple but adequate with reasonable quality
product on offer. Despite my adverse comments I would short stay here
again. I have seen worse hotels in the area and the management of the
Troy should raise
