  Spent three nights in the Great Malvern Hotel. As others have said don't be put off by the look of the building.Staff are very friendly and helpfull. The food was first class and breakfast was cooked to order. The Hotel is in the centre of Malvern, has a friendly bar a snug and a very comfortable lounge. Car parking is limited but first come first served. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  Before we even arrived Steph and Tony were looking to our needs to make this a really enjoyable stay, with special care taken to give us the sort of bedding we prefer. All mod con's, even an iron and ironing board. So thoughtful of owners to leave bread, milk, juice, cookies, tea, coffee & hot chocolate, very much appreciated after a long journey with children. Lovely toiletries and towels too! Really enjoyed our stay and if in the area again would definitely stay here. Owners are a delight to deal with!

  We have enjoyed staying at Holdfast Cottage several times in the past decade and this visit was no exception. It is located in the countryside near Welland, well away from noise and distractions, yet Malvern, with its facilities and services, is only a few minutes drive away. The 17th century building has great charm (with a gorgeous wisteria), sits in a large garden, and is nicely appointed. The - I was given a warm welcome & shown to my room, which was in the original part of the building. It was large & very light with large windows on two sides, one of which overlooked the lovely garden. My room appeared freshly decorated, with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and there was a good sized bathroom, again light & with a window. Breakfast was good. I'll definitely be back when in the area.

  We stay at two or three B & B’s every year and this is the best one we have ever stayed at. The rooms were clean and decorated in a way that it felt like a home from home. The rooms were light and with plenty of room. One room is available if you wish to bring your dog which is always nice. As soon as we - We stayed in the self-contained flat which was outstanding value for a family of four. My two sons (aged 8 and 10) loved the space and freedom of the flat and the gardens. My husband and I did not have to worry about them waking up early and disturbing other guests or even dressing for breakfast! Having our own kitchen meant that we were able to cook a simple late supper without dragging the children out to find a restaurant. All in all, a real home from home.

  My friend and I stayed overnight in the ground floor apartment. Great location and very peaceful. Plenty of parking spaces. The apartment was spotless. The lounge/kitchen/dining area was spacious. Two bedrooms - a double bedroom with an en-suite toilet and basin and a single bedroom. Separate bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. We thought the apartment was ex - Really great space and everything we needed for our weekend stay with our two year old. Brilliant location for centre of Malvern and the hill walks. We had no trouble with the heating, condition or cleanliness as stated in other reviews as it was warm, clean and well maintained. Made our family trip relaxed and really enjoyable as it felt like a home from home.
