  We were pleased that this was not a country pub with accommodation, it was better than that. While the downstairs decor was pubish the rooms were exceptionally well setup. A very casual relaxed quiet stay in a very quiet village. The staff try very hard to make the stay enjoyable, and they succeed. Great breakfasts and the meal menu is variable an... cosa dice la gente » d well cooked and presented. A very quaint place and an enjoyable stay. - We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Oak. The staff couldn't have been friendlier; very accommodating! The breakfast was excellent; as it's a pub, it was wonderful to have a drink and meal in the evening - really enjoyed it!
