you get what you pay for. I decided to treat myself to a corner suite. The view was incredible, direct to the stadium (which is where I was headed to see Roger Waters), the room was well arranged, the room was very quiet, as was the whole hotel, I loved the executive floor, nibbles and breakfast. Difficile trovare qualcosa che non vada bene, staff cordiale e attento, struttura confortevole, camere molto spaziose e pulite, mezzi di trasporto a due minuti a piedi, davvero molto bello - appartamenti nuovissimi, puliti e spaziosi. a dieci minuti a piedi da victoria station.

+Location very close to the r/w station, but if you have to travel frequently to London, it's not very convenient to stay so far away from London
+Staff is really great, have not met such a service in any of the hotels in London where I stayed before (and I do visit London very often)

Staff were friendly, and helpful, I was told about the free facilities and other offers at check in. Our room had a lovely view, no sign of construction or noise as mentioned by others. The room was modern, and spacous - and everything works. I'd give 5*

La disponibilità e la gentilezza dello staff - Ottima la posizione e la zona, staff molto cordiale, buona colazione, soggiornavamo in una quadrupla e la stanza era abbastanza spaziosa, mentre il bagno davvero minuscolo, lavandino praticamente inesistente. Nel complesso consigliato!

Staff were friendly on arrival and during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice a good variety. Nice pool/spa. Good location 10 min walk to Kings Cross tube. NCP car park 5 min walk. -
Reasonable sized room; good quality furniture.

Central London location, close to Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall, although not that close to any tube station. I had a single room with ensuite, which was nice. Can access rooms via a lift, which is good. There is a walk to breakfast, but not a problem. Liked the communal atmosphere - the uni bar is at the bottom of the courtyard and people sit around on the grass enjoying a beverage.

The location was superb as a base for sightseeing London and shopping (Harrods in walking distance!). Great for families wanting to visit the museums as they are on its doorstep (museums were fantastic!). The rooms although small are modern, clean and have opening windows, and nice ensuite shower.
Staff friendly and breakfast menu offered a lot of choice.
Everything was in close proximity to bedrooms, (refectory, swimming pool, bar and restaurant).
