The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. Spotlessly cean in a areas. We were upgraded and a little birthday cake awaited us in our room for my husband's birthday. Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal. Well done Andaz for making our stay so enjoyable.

  Hotel Rafayel is a class act, it is grand design that mixes latest technology without being over bearing, and architecturally this is one of the finest hotels for the quality and the price I paid for. Five star hotel - I was very concerned as I had read few reviews about the location. I think location vise it on one of the best find, few minutes from my favorite haunt Blue Bird on the Kings Road. Locations is more than offset by unimaginable luxury of the rooms and the size of the corridors, immense public areas for a small hotel likes this added character and class to our entire stay. Very few hotels attract me to stay two evenings in a row for food and spa, this definitely did, will stay in future.

The room was modern and stylishly decorated with a super king sized bed. The bedroom was not only huge but also very plush indeed and the en-suite was outstanding - you could literally see your reflection in the floor. Location is good for the east end of London as is only 5 mins walk from Tower Bridge.
