Rooms were clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. (shampoo, shower gel, phone, good hairdryer, tea & coffee, good storage). Nice & quiet at night. Very friendly and welcoming staff who were helpful and cheerful without exception.
Nice rooms, although we booked 2 singles, we were each given a room with a double and single bed so plenty of space. Free Wi-Fi. Excellent cooked breakfast. Good location for visiting Aberglasny Garden, The National Botanical Garden of Wales and a National Trust castle just across the road.

Fronlas is an exceptional property, walking distance from the lovely village of Llandeilo. Fronlas is situated in the heart of Llandeilo only being a three minute walk to the town centre (main street).
The building is well presented and the interior is very well designed. The bedrooms are very modern and up to date and very clean. Ideal for a romantic weekend break or for families.
There is a very good choice of breakfasts and they are excellent as the owner goes out of her way to provide the very best ingredients.
I would definately stay there again when visiting the area.
