Cosa dice la gente
The hotel is modest but very friendly helpful staff, very comfortable bed. The owner gave us a room with a shower, although we ordered a room with shared bathroom. A breakfast is very English and very big.
Did not give excellent because was asked to pay cash even though I booked using my credit card. A little inconvenience.
Very Frendly and helpfull staff!
Great full English breakfast.

The staff was awesome! Very friendly and polite! The breakfast was huge and it was not noisy at all! A total bargain!.
I liked the rooms, cleanliness, behaviour of staff was very good, cheap compared to other places with a wi-fi.
Basic but very friendly, clean sheets and towel's. Good home cooked breakfast, would return again. Thanks.
The owners made me welcome. They were very friendly and you could feel it was a family owned hotel.
helpful staff, huge tripe room and en suite. comfy beds and very decent breakfast the next day.
Firedly staff and want to help. The price is also suitable with the comfortable of hotel.
very good hotel. excellent staff. very friendly. will be stopping there again.
Good location in the city. Full breakfast included. Own key to come back late.
Convenient cheap friendly place, good breakfast.
Bath, room, mirror at room, sink at room.
Location, friendly and value for money.
the price and the location.
central location, clean.

the location.
bus service good.
Staff, breakfast.
The couple running it were genuinely very friendly and the breakfast is hearty. Location is great.
the staff were excellent and the roon was very clean.
Location ,Breakfast ,.
Very good for price.
location.
friendly and helpful staff,
500 meteres to train station,
good choice if you only stay for 2 nights but not for 2 weeks like I did,.
The location was close to the city centre and the University.
Comfy bed
Good TV.
Nothing.
Nothing.
The above.
Little things, no shade on bedroom light, no bedside reading lamp and lack of sockets in room.
my only suggestion would be proper glasses for the juice. great otherwise.
Seprated bath room.
wi fi very weak in my room (second floor), breakfast finished at 8.30. Check out 10 am.
To worm.
A little dated but fit for purpose.
had to ask for a coffee in reception as there where no facilities in the room to make hot drinks.
some guests were extremely noisy,as were the friends of anager & his wife. fellow Serbians were in every evening & they made a lot of noise.
the cooked breakfast was swimming in grease, like something out of a 1960s motorway caff.
a bit expensive for such a small city as Leicester.
London road dirty.
decoration.
Rooms need a facelift! Couple of touches would make the stay more comfortable e.g freshen carpets/curtains,modern furniture and a mirror.
No plug No towels in room how are you expected to even have a face wash etc we had to use bottom sheet off the bed. I no it was shared bathroom but expect a hand towel to have a quick wash. we were only there for football so 1 night make do.
breakfast was a bit ropey
room very basic. good enough for us as we were only there for 1 night and were out for most of it but wouldn't fancy staying more than 1 night.
staff were friendly enough but their English was lacking.
Cold beans for breakfast.
Guys who slammed doors from 1am - 6am, had a horrible sleep.
Pee-smelling loo as the guys couldn't aim and no staff cleaned it up.
woke up every morning when my roomneighbours got up,
mould in collective shower,
felt the springs in the bed every night,
plug did not fit properly to socket and was always loose,
cold in the evening because the heating was turned on only from 7-8 AM,
WiFi did not work every second evening and was totaly overloaded and slow.
Many things. The wireless connection was very poor. Lot of noise at
night due to Serbian parties which took place constantly. Last but not
least, woke up in blood coated sheets, the reason bed bugs! We reported
the inconvenience to the owner who blamed us for bringing them from
outside, because in her opinion they never had them. Unbelievable. We
immediately required a new room.
No kettle in room.
Sink in room not properly cleaned.
Room quite dusty.
Bath out of action.
Place generally had a tired look about it.
Everything.
Pay 10pounds deposit..also refused to book me a single room for following night saying non available; except if i pay for a double at £35!
I declined, and was disgusted to learn a single room was available on the net for the same evening i requested.
Also, the prices at reception are £22 in print hung up on the wall. Very cunning of them..lived in better places.
